Rotary Blowers ROBOX EVOLUTION, RBS, etc.

The integrated compressor units of ROBOX EVOLUTION are designed for pumping low-pressure gas, manufactured on the basis of a rotary displacement blower of the RBS series, which is powered by an electric motor using a pulley-belt transmission.

ROBOX EVOLUTION BIOGAS blowers are designed to transport biogas under pressure up to 1000 mBar. They are safe for use in hazardous areas.

The RBS rotary blowers consist of two 3-blade rotors, without oil injection into the compression cavity. The LOW-PULSE system reduces pressure and flow pulsations of the supplied gas to less than 2% of the operating pressure.

RBS SPECIAL rotary blowers are oil-free three-bladed blowers with pressures up to 1000 mBar. They are designed for use in conditions of high temperatures, aggressive gases, and increased corrosion.

Models: RBS R, RBSSC, RBSSS.

Two-tier compressor units CRBS (GRBS) are high-performance units based on the RBS blower. They are equipped with additional equipment for reliable, safe and silent operation.

Models: CRBS 165, CRBS 175, CRBS 205, CRBS 225.

SRBIO and GRBIO blowers are designed to transport biogas at pressures up to 400 mBar. Versions with belt and direct power transmission are available.

The ROBOX EVOLUTION-DV blowers are equipped with a belt tensioner and an oil level indicator for visual inspection.

RB-DV blowers are used in the processes of aspiration and vacuum transportation of bulk products.

TRB-DV blowers are installed on mobile aspiration complexes based on trucks.
